think of this session as a life + spiritual guidance session where we work through any trauma you might be dealing with - both physically and mentally. I use the techniques of the Q'ero shamans to create balance, healing and acceptance to bring you into the deepest state of harmony with yourself. we work through the medicine wheel + with the chakras to clear any dark energy or entities that might be in your luminous field so that you can move through life from a place of peace and harmony vs. a place of trauma and scarcity. the sessions will begin with us speaking about what is happening with your life: where you feel you need work and what you want to work on. from there, I will tailor the healing session based on what you require, and I will give you exercises and homework to continue the healing journey. these sessions are deep and highly encouraged if you are ready to do intense healing and are looking to create a better life for yourself that is in-tune with all that you desire. multiple sessions are encouraged as we'll move through various layers of your field to bring you into the deepest state of tranquility, love and acceptance of yourself and the world around you. my signature is creating a safe space where you can freely open up and explore what is happening with you. nothing is off limits here - come as you are :) the only thing you need is an open mind and dedication to your healing journey.
