Strong & slow hatha flow is my signature class. This all-levels yoga class is a thoughtful blend of ☼ Hatha and Vinyasa yoga ☽. Together, we’ll create a slow and steady foundation, building a flow that is both physically challenging and spiritually inspiring. By focusing on the breath, alignment and drishti (gaze), while always moving mindfully, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection to your mind, body and soul.
Prepare to be physically challenged—you’ll work up a sweat! Moving with intention helps build strength throughout the body, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and more in tune with your Self.
